Need to Know: BJP- For membership, pay Rs.100 as voluntary support!
Have you ever taken membership of any political party?
A membership registration is an affiliation of your support to any political party. Previously, it was done with a great enthusiasm to make a large number of followers amongst the public regarding any political agenda.
In this digital era, as everything is available online, political parties started campaigning online for an easy access to a large number of audience.
As I was going through the websites of the two most major political parties in our country INA and BJP, I found something uncommon as well as shocking!!
BJP is charging an 'at least' minimum amount of Rs. 100 as a voluntary contribution and party fund also Rs. 5 just as membership charge.
The thing is that BJP being the most economically strong political party of our country with approximately Rs.1034.27 crores still urges to have an economical support from its new members.
Whereas, INC is the second most economically strong party with just approximately Rs. 225.36 crores (see the difference) have no such issues.
After the finance bill, the funding system to the political parties has become completely opaque, therefore the parties have started owning different measures to extend their economic values.
