Ipseeta Das (Delhi) - NISA, a Kerala based muslim women's right forum known for scrap gender discrimination & malpractices prevalent in Muslim community such as dowry, triple talaq, polygamy, domestic violence, guardianship, equal property rights for muslim women. Day after 28 September 2018, a five-judge constitution bench headed by CJI Dipak Mishra lift up restriction & amp permitting Menstruating women of all age group in Sabarimala temple. NISA is now all set up to approach the apex court demanding Muslim women's entry in mosque along with men to offer prayer across the country.VP Zuhara, the head of NISA said that the prime reason for her decision to move court is the ostensible gender discrimination at mosque. According to PTI, A Hindu community has also invoke in favor of seeking women's entry in mosque for offering prayers.

On 10th October 2018, Swami Dethathreya Sai Swaroop Nath, state president of Akhil bharatiya Mahasabha kerala unit filed a petition stated that 'Women of Muslim community were being dishonored and discriminated by not allowing them to enter & pray in mosque which was against Article 14 & 21 of the Constitution. Kerala high court ascertain that no Muslim women had come forward with the petition.'

On 11th October 2018, kerala High Court a petition filed by Hindu community Akhil Bharatiya Mahasabha for issuing an order to allowing Muslim women should be allowed entry into mosques for offering praying.
The petition also named as purdah system for Muslim women, violation into the realm of personal liberty that discriminate, segrates, degrades them. It would enable anti-social  element to misuse and commit crimes. NISA chief, Zuhra mentioned that Advocate Venkita Subramoniam will be filing petition in Supreme Court soon.

Zuhra said, Even in the mosques where women are allowed to offer prayer. There are split up of entrances enclosures for men and women. According to their belief, women also have the constitutional right to offer prayer like men.
There is no assertion stated that the Holy Quran opposed women entering mosques and offering prayers, the NISA Chief said.

Recently, Kodiyeri Balakrishnan- CPI(M) State Secretary had also asked why Sunni mosque continue to restrain allowance of women. Kodiyeri stated that "The party taking stance that there should be no discrimination in any place against women. By taking a break on Balakrishnan statement, Muslim League State General Secretary KPA Majeed commented, 'He was a non-believer.'

In 2016, Bombay High Court declined restrictions on women from entering sanctum of Haji Ali Dargah in Mumbai, stated it as a contradiction of humans fundamental rights.
